The Pirog offer was to fight in EE.
Why would the Champ go to a titlists backyard and create problems for his financial backers at HBO.

He admits that he swerved GGG.

The WBC made Jr a titlist allowing Sergio to line up that fight to clear him for 18 months and then got an injury exemption for Murray and Cotto.

The WBC allowed it for almost 3 yrs.

Would Martinez allow himself to be stripped rather than fight GGG.

Well never know now since they aided him for yrs.

As I was saying. He would have gotten his Mil fighting Pirog or Golovkin as well. Nobody stateside knew who Barker or Dzinziruk were, so you can't use the nobody knew who they were excuse.

1. Martinez got a million to steamroll over Sergei Dzinziruk this past March.

Then Martinez landed $1.5 millionfor his hard-earned 11th-round knockout of Darren Barker on Oct. 1.
And I remind that not only was Barker unknown, but he had faced all bums up to that point and Dibella had to pull strings to get the WBC to rank him at the last minute, because he wasn't in the top 20, lol. But you Martinez ball gobblers go ahead, continue to lie and make excuses for him ducking his biggest threats.
