lol this is coming from the guy who thought Chavez Jr would ko Sergio? He was embarrassed in that fight. Stop being a sore loser *****.
Sergio's Dad at ringside: "Awww, Senor Murray, stop punching my bambino. Here, take look at what you punch" <-----
I've never even made a comment about that fight, so I don't know where you get that. I simply said I'd throw support to Chavez and I'm not even a fan of the lazy sack of ****. He should already have had 2-3 losses before that fight anyway. Yet, that giant mold of molasses still almost stopped this guy. The thing I have against Martinez is because I know what he's doing. The same thing that for years and years and years, the guy he attempts to replicate and is a poor man's version of style, Roy Jones Jr., was heavily criticized, bashed, called names about during his reign at Lt. Heavyweight which was fighting setups, handpicked guys to look good, etc. At least Roy fought each and everyone of the titlists, unified all the belts and WAS dominant just about each and every single time out. Guys that always were alot bigger, stronger, etc. He never had the constant excuse making for him like this guy does. Same for another one, BHop, did the same thing at Middle yet got the undue criticism. His promoter is so worried about him fighting any of the titlists, especially the power punching 3G, he throws temper tantrums and fits. "Who's he fought, who the **** is he?" The same things they used to complain that was happening to them and they do the exact same thing. That's what I see and that's why I'm not fooled and give any passes to him the way others let him get with it. "He had an off night, that wasn't the real one, it was the wet ring, the other guy wasn't doing nothing, etc. etc. etc."
Your realize that trowing less left hands changes the whole fight. I had Murray ahead but Sexy Sergio is a warrior!
Donaire gets injured = "excuse making POS! It didn't affect the fight one bit! I bet he's even faking it. Probably to not fight a rematch." Sergio gets injured = "damn that fight may have been one of his best ever considering the adversity he overcame. Who cares if most people scored it for Murray? He broke his hand for gods' sake, in a boxing match! That's the stuff of legends right der. No way can he fight Golovkin until that bad boy gets healed."
Oh, I know who you want to say "Dariusz, he didn't fight Dariusz!". He fought all of the other title holders. Same for BHops. More than you can say for Martinez, since Pavlik (also beaten by BHop), hasn't even attempted to fight even 1 of them.
Why all the hate for Martinez ? I think most of it stems from jealousy he beat your fav fighters. Even Martin Murray agreed with the decision He said himself " Martinez deserved to win" It was a great fight Exciting & close too My hats off to both fighters Anyone up for a rematch????
Luckily, he uses his OTHER hand to sign checks, like the big fat ones he sent to all three judges after the bout.
