ive got a feeling those short compact punches mora is throwing to the body is gonna take there toll later on on vera

 

Round 4

Vera is jabbing his way in, boxing well. Nice quick trots to the right by Vera as Mora tries to tie him up and slap him with a quick left hook from the hip. Mora does land a couple of those hooks, slapping loudly across Vera's cheek with his inner knuckles. Vera carries him to the ropes and fights him at short range, knocking away Mora's sticky gloves as the taller man tries to grab. Vera pushes back to the middle of the ring where he lands well. Mora AGAIN has his head snapped sharply by a stiff Vera jab. Vera double jabs and forces Mora to duck...right into a well-timed cross. Mora stands in the pocket and wings side-winding punches at Vera's body.

I forgot how tough Vera is. I think Mora needs to win almost every round from now on, to secure a UD.

 

First close round in my eyes.. still give it to Vera.. that 3 punch combo at about the 2min mark changed.. he tagged Mora pretty good.

Round 5

Mora is firing his hands up mostly to intercept Vera's hard 1-2 punches and knock them away than to hit Vera back. Vera lands a HUGE MEATY LEFT HOOK over Mora's relaxed throat-high guard. Mora keeps backing up and leaving a stick in his wake, trying to touch Vera with the jab and keep away from the power punches. Mora smashes Vera in the side with a low left hook coming into a clinch. Mora pours it on in the last minute, doing some rough infighting. Vera is doing some decent work in there, too.

That's a close round. That one shot was HUGE.

 

I got Vera by a landslide so far!
