I honestly don't care when it happens. If it's next or in 5 years. It's boxing and fights don't always get made when they should. What is an absolute certainty is when it does Wilder gets put to sleep in embarrassing fashion. Not because Joshua is good, he is far from a complete fighter and a worse boxer, but because Wilder is the boxing equivalent of Mariah Carey in Glitter (2001). She should have stuck to singing. He should have stuck to NBA.

My Question to Wilder fans is why should he?

AJ is motivated by money, he wants to become the first billionaire boxers, his goal, his motivation.

Its all risk vs reward, why fight wilder now when there are other easier, more profitable fights.

Wilders been doing it for years ducking fighters, picking easier options, waiting for the right time. Its the right time for him but it defo isn't the right time for AJ.

Look AJ's performances he clearly needs more fights, learn more and get more experience. You only have too look at Wilders 20th Fight and compare it too AJ's too see that. Wilder was a 8 rounder at a 17k stadium. AJ 12 rounder at a 75k stadium. Regardless of the Success you can see hes a fast tracked greenhorn.

The fact is Wilders the B side and AJ can take as much time as he likes till he feels hes ready. He needs more fights.

Could not care who has the most fans.

Could not care who gets the biggest split of the money.

Could not care where the fight is held.

Enough of the b/s excuses already.

Joshua-Wilder is the heavyweight fight that needs to get made.

As a well known Joshua ass licker on this site.

In my opinion, Wilders not fought nobody and doesnt deserve the big bucks he would make from the Joshua fight until he proves himself against a Whyte, Takam, Povetkin etc. If Breazeale gets the mando spot after beating Molina now and Wilder takes him out like he did Stiverne then fair enough, your boy packs extreme power and ill start to give him a good amount of credit. All that being said, if that fight was announced next, which it wont be then id be very happy as a Joshua fan to watch him put away Wilder.

As a Wilder fan, what would be so wrong with this?

February 18` Wilder vs Whyte in the UK
    June 18` Joshua vs Wilder

Why do Wilders fans think hes done more than Joseph Parker too warrant a shot at the Heavyweight Money Fight?
I think its only fair for Joseph Parker to have his shot at Joshua first, hes the one travelling to defend his belt, hes the one fighting these top guys, Whats Wilder really done to deserve his shot at Joshua? Basing it on resume id happily give Povetkin, Pulev, Parker a shot at the money before i give Wilder it.

To clarify my answer to the question in short a summary, Wilder needs too fight a decent opponent to earn his shot at the real Champion. come to the UK fight, Dillian Whyte, show the UK fans who you are and knock Whyte out in 3 rounds like all the wilder fans seem too think will happen then scream out Joshua and Hearn on Sky Box Office TV, thats how you make a fight happen.

It's amazing how no one of any quality whatsoever wants to fight Wilder!

This is like the guy with no friends who wonders what's wrong with everybody else.

This is a really good point. Parker deserves a shot before Wilder. I bet he'll be easier to negotiate with as well! By far!

Only problem with that fight is I really like Joseph Parker, so it will be like watching your favourite hamster get torn apart by a Rottweiler.

Of course I want to see AJ v Wilder, but Wilder has had 9 years to fight someone. He's had plenty of opportunity to unify the division, but hasn't for whatever reason. It took him 7 years to fight for a title. It took AJ 3 years to fight for a title and 4 years to unify. Wilder's own lack of ambition has left him in AJ's wake, so now he's jumping up and down demanding the fight like a spoilt brat. He can't stand the fact he isn't the draw and doesn't call the shots. The fight will happen, but he will have to accept the fact he is just the challenger in this situation.

Completely forgot to mention how easy negotiations will be compared to Wilder, Wilders ego would have you thinking hes beat every top heavyweight in the World and selling out stadiums when in reality hes a bum cleaner selling out sheds. At least Parker understands AJ is clearly the A side i think 70-30 to AJ would be a even split for both fights.

    Ok Mrs. Joshua, easy.

First, that 50/50 split thing was just a guess from Hearn, and he said it about both Wilder and Parker, but I don't see anyone of you going around and attacking Parker over it and claiming that he shouldn't get the fight if he demands such. We don't know how much Wilder wants, because Hearn won't even entertain the idea of negotiating with his camp without Wilder agreeing to face Whyte first, and he won't even gurantee that he'll make AJ/Wilder should Wilder take the Whyte fight and win.

To all those who've been yapping about Wilder needing to fight Whyte to have a credible opponent, give it a rest. None of you would call Whyte a "credible opponent" had Wilder fought him before AJ did.

And btw, Parker doesn't want 80/20 split either, and he shouldn't. Even the mandatories are getting %25-30 cut, so Parker and Wilder, as titlists with multible defences, should get at least more than that.
