he's right you know. everything manny did was as expected. jmm, as great as he is, could have replicated what manny did to margo. what manny is doing is not exactly unprecedented nor unique. expect jml to do the same in the coming years. i don't see what the fuss is all about. :hey

    How ****ing boring man.

Tell me, when was JMM"s last welterweight win?

Was Zab a "high level showdown" with Floyd?

Does "coming off a high level showdown win" count if your next fight is 16 MONTHS later, at age 38?????

I will say though, while what hes been doing is completely impressive, and speaks for itself....

I want him to fight a young fighter coming off a good win.... one whos at his prime.

As awsome as Margarito, Hoya, Cotto, Hatton and Clottey are...... anyone being completely honest with themselves know they were at the end of their road, or at a shacky time of their career, when Pac fought them.

The winners of Khan/Maidana, Bradley/Alexander, or.... have the winners fight eachother and have him fight the 'king' of 140, and I think Id almost be as impressed with that then anything.

Young, prime, coming off a good win..... thats what I want to see.

I doubt it. JMM is a ****ing excellent fighter, but looked pudgy fighting at welter against Floyd. I just don't think he'd be big enough.

Definitely good enough skillwise without doubt. Just don't think he's quite big enough.

I could be wrong, it wouldn't surprise me that much - but then JMM is pretty ****ing good too.

sorry, not a chance jmm could do what pac did..... and trust me, jmm and his people know this too. If he thought he could do it, he would have fought marg in a huge mexican clash that would have brought in bank. He knows he would be walked down and beat up....

    and my :patsch

was for how stupidly he tries to negatively stereotype and simplify the opponents that pac has beat.

If you think any of the 4 guys you've name has a chance your crazzy. Khan would not fight Pac. He's spared with Pac and know he's not ready. Maidana would get KOed. Both Bradley and Laexander are no where near as good as they are hyped. Both would lose and lose by stoppage. ANyone in the 140 lbs would lose to him. At 147 he has a few choices. Mosley who just lost to PBF. Berto who hasn't fought in ages. PBF being the only real options. Until that happens there will always be excuse about his opponent.

Beat Mayweather then retire,.............I also don't think a Martinez Bout should be ruled out for the next weight class, P Will is too tall, but Martinez is about the same size as Margarito and Pac still dominated. That should be one, I would only advise against this if P-Will wins, If Martinez wins, then Martinez-Pac.......Could be war......

Mayweather is not going to happen, for one he is scared, bitter and jealous for the love people have for Pac....people watch Pac fights to see him win and root for him, people watch Floyd to hopefully get to see when he finally get his ass kicked..........Thats one reason 2 he has legal issues with his baby's momma, he has to go to court for, then there is the issue with Roger's court date, the BS legal system with delays and investigations is capable of drawing out up to 2 years or more. These guy are not getting any younger.....There is too much uncertainty in Mayweather's life for the forseeable future to commit to a bout of this Magnitude, the time for when it should have happened when it could of had been great has passed. Should've, Could've, Would've but never was,

Hopefully Martinez wins, and Pac-Martinez for the 160 llb title (Providing Martinez gets past P-Will) Then by then if Mayweather can then lets get it on, but if he can't Pac can retire........and whatever *****s say, Floyd will always be remember as an inferior fighter to Pac
Mark my words :deal History will judge Mayweather harshly.........

Pacquaio would smoke those kids. They're all green. Margarito was far more dangerous.

But, you are forgetting one thing. I did not say FMjr was the GOAT or the GOAT of this era after beating Zab nor JMM. Thats the criticism here. Thats the ****ing point dumb ass. I guess you crown him the greatest of the past 20 years.. top ten ATG for beating Margarito. Thats the difference in cultures here. You can be shocked and awed but I was expecting it and can put up posts to prove it. If you feel surpised Margarito got dominated then thats your stupidity.

Truth is, there's not that many people left to fight. The guys at 140 are just about to enter their prime. Pac can go there and sweep the floor with them but none of them are gonna bring the excitement of 147-154 names. There's only one name we can all agree on as a next opponent but we're not god so we can't force the fight to happen.
