I've heard the same crap about Vitali for 10 years ... he's old, he's slow, he's awkward, fighter X is going to destroy him, blah blah blah blah.

I heard all of this before he fought Juan Carlos Gomez -- remember him?

Nobody is ever going to destroy Vitali Klitschko in a boxing ring.

A political arena, maybe they have a shot.

Mitchell wouldn't have a chance against Vitali.

Vitali would just put him down with an illegal rabbit punch, then glove him repeatedly to open up a cut, then have his paid-off ref & ring doctor stop the fight.

    Tried & True.

All hail the great Klitschko !

I like Seth just fine -- he's classy and intelligent, not a loudmouth like Deontay Wilder.

But extrapolating from that to say he's going to destroy Vitali is another thing.

He's not anywhere near ready for a fight of that magnitude.

Let's see him versus somebody like Adamek first.

Yeah, they sure did say it -- you just weren't paying attention. Teddy Atlas was saying it while Vitali fought Gomez, actually.

    How is Wilder a "loudmouth?"

Please provide one single example. We'll wait ............

As for Mitchell, well a lot of fighters could probably beat last Saturday's version of Vitali. Probably not Mitchell though. He's just too slow, and lacks 1-punch power. He'd have to land a lot of combinations to take Vitali out, which I don't see happening.

Mitchell also doesn't seem to have the ring smarts that Charr was showing. Charr played it smart, ducking & blocking, then throwing strong flurries once in a while. this might have worked as Vitali faded in the later rounds. Mitchell, on the other hand, would probably just go forward & wail away, (as he always does) and would be an easy target for Vitali's counterpunches.

Yeah Vital looked terrible winning every rnd , scoring a KD in the 2nd and busting Charr's face up for a 4th rnd TKO :nut

I wouldnt go that far Bama. Mitchell was caught cold in the 1st vs Witherspoon who aint a feathfist himself.
He righted the ship and maintained his dominance.

We have yet to see Wilder do that vs a top 100, much less a top 50 like Witherspoon.

But yeah.....he's got a far better chance with Wladimir.:think

 your avatar is awesome......haha, Mitchell should fight Chisora or any other recent Klitschko left over for that matter...see how he does

right now, Vitali beats Mitchell.....I am looking forward to Mitchell to continue his build up and fight Wlad in the states though...

and Ulver is right, people on this forum have predicted Vitali's demise since his comeback; they site age, injury, and robotics.....and still!

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Mitchell's best opponent that Golden Boy has let him fight is Chazz Witherspoon.

And he is going to beat Vitali now? :huh

They would not even let him fight Vitali.

Aha...and your evidence is what? Vitali has been fighting at 50% of his potential whenever he could since his comeback to protect his injury - prone body. He looked quite slow against Peter and pretty quick against Arreola, who challenged him a lot more. Sure, he is slower than in his prime, but Seth has never been in the ring with anyone close to Vitali.
