You too? Relax. LOL I may be a bit biased towards Tank cause he's one of my favorite fighters but I've never overrated his opposition. Having said that, his resume craps all over Shakur's, if you want to go there.
They both do similar great things such as great footwork, great balance and base of support, can box forward & backward, counter punching, and accuracy. The difference is that Davis has the fight stopping power & has fought the better opposition, and also he had already ko'd Jesus, lol, so how is Shakur beating him. One thing is though that Davis seems to be more conservative with his output now than when he was younger, while Shakur is more free flowing with his offense. At this point, don't write Davis off as Shakur is still proving himself and I'm not sure he wins this fight right now.
Shakur is a very talented skillful boxer but he would lose to Tank right now who is also a skillful completer boxer puncher with eye popping power. This would be similar to Duranvs Sugar Ray Leonard 1.
Shakur by wide ud. Tank gives away too many rounds looking to set up the perfect shot. That perfect shot won't happen against Shakur.
Shakur has arguably had better opposition than Tank yeesh. Shakur beat Yoshino, Coneocai, and Valdez while Tank has beaten HLGarcia (pulled up weight), LSC (pulled up weight), and Pitbull (some people had Tank losing). Toss in a bunch of C/B level fighters like Romero, Barrios, and 45 y/o Gamboa and there's Tank's resume.
Shakur Stevenson wins a decision unless they rob him. The interesting thing is that I have no idea how good Shakur Stevensons chin is
