I'd say the blokes got some pretty big demons happening inside his head, so even if he survives he probably won't get back on track given the damage he may have caused himself........ If they turn off the machine it might be for the best anyway.
Billy Dib saying he has passed, journo's are saying he is on life support...
He did the same with Joe Frazier and went off 'tweeting'.. Tweets out that he supposedly spoke with a good friend who said Shannon died last night! What a dickhead
The Machine has been turned off already Ray Wheatley has spoken with the Family and advised others that the life support has been turned off and Shannon has passed
He's gone according to this PJ. http://www.3aw.com.au/blogs/3aw-sport-blog/barry-michael-shattered-by-news/20111128-1o2h3.html
terrible news mate but I have spoken to 3 people close to the family and they have all said they his life support has been turned off. sorry mate just dont want you to hold out false hope
too often the drive that makes a fighter excell, is the same drive that pushes them further into drugs or drunkeness. look at harding. RIP shannon.
Mate just to confuse things spoke with someone else close to the family and they claim he is still on life support I think I will stop commenting until it has been confirirmed by a family member and not someone close to the family I dont know any of the family so will wait and hope
