Maidana is ****. And every time he landed on Khan he was hurt. Morales took Maidanas shots without ever being hurt and he's shot to ****.

If someone gets stopped early it'll probably be Kham.

I can see Zab getting stopped in the mid to late rounds on accumulated punishment

Zab is more likely to do serious damage with a single shot because of angles and speed. You're less likely to see a big shot coming from him than you are against Maidana.

El Chino had more of a clubbing type power.

Amir lunges forward with his punches at times. If he does this against Zab he's going to get hit with a big counter shot, either the left upper cut or that short left he knocked out Mabuza. If Amir avoids that punch, I believe he will win a decision or stoppage. I don't think he can knock out Zab. After watching the McCloskey fight, I just have a feeling Amir is going to get knocked on a counter shot. I don't believe he follows Roach's game plans as well as Pacquiao because he gets hurt or frustrated.

I'll get blasted for this, but I'm really tired of all this "glass jaw / no heart" BS. You may not like a fighter, but to make up stuff and spout your biased opinion is off base.

The "chronicles of Zab's chicken dance" have caused many to believe that he can't take a punch. This couldn't be further from the truth. Tszyu was one of the hardest punchers p4p in the history of boxing. Prior to that punch, Zab was literally smoking him. Unfortunately for Zab, Tszyu's ko punch was loaded with Zyban and helped hilm stop smoking rather quickly. However, once his nervous system returned from that " out of body experience", he'd recovered sufficiently enough to try to choke a man twice his size and earn himself a nice suspension. You may not like him, but he's no punk who lacks heart. To climb into the ring after that proves that. Most of you would've never left your home after that. You couldn't stand the mockery from being clowned by comedians and youtube viewers, so ease up a bit.

Zab has suffered several knockdowns, and has taken a few knees, which shows intelligence. After being knockdown by Terron Millett in his first title fight, the got up and beat Millett down severely. He's been involved in many wars, and fought like a warrior. Someone who has no heart quits on his stool, or dives out of the ring like Kermit. They don't get hammered in the testicles by one of the hardest body punchers in boxing TWICE and continue to fight on. They weren't accidents, Cotto did that on purpose cause he was getting his head handed to him. Zab never quit even though he had every right to. He's face some of the toughest opponents of his era, so stop it please. You don't do that with no heart.

Since Tszyu sent him "dancing with the stars" he's NEVER been knocked out. If you know anything about traumatic brain injuries, concussions, etc... , you'd know that after such an event, you become more susceptible to repeat events. You significantly lose your ability to resist and recover from impact.

Zab is an oddity. He's a 135lb 34yr old fighter. He never outgrew his division as most young fighters do. He fought at 147lbs and often weighed in below 145lbs. When he fought Clottey, did you not notice the tremendous size difference? Welterweights are heavyweights where there can be a tremendous size and weight difference. Yet you say he has know heart. Please!!!

I'll agree that he perhaps may have stamina issues, but he doesn't quit. You have to give him credit, he takes his beating like a MAN. His stamina issues could be the result of many things, such as nutrition, chemical imbalances, or improper training techniques. Criticize those choices, but not the athlete. It takes courage to step into the square ring, so let us all respect that. :good

I respect Khan, but if this fight goes the distance, something went terribly wrong. Judah by KO, less than 5...

My main thought is that glass will be shattered and hilarity will ensue no matter who the victor but I think it boils down to this. Khan, having the advantage of youth, is faster and his timing is sharp while Judah, who I believe once would have held a speed advantage, is going to be second in every category aside from punching power. Judah is a slick speedster and when speed is countered with more speed he gets lost and he'll be befuddled by Khan en route to getting his Glass Mandible busted.

However, when dealing with a china chin as pathetic as Khan's, no prediction for him winning can ever be safe because he's a threat to go curly toes at any moment of the match.

The guy broke down the match-up intelligently and accurately and then simply asked the forum's opinion on how the fight would go down. Nothing remotely unintelligent about that.:patsch

But I forgot. He brought up Glass Jaws, a facet of boxing that most ignorant deniers on this board refuse to accept is the most important characteristic for a fighter to possess and hell, some refuse to admit even exists. Glass Jaws Exist and both of these fragile mandibled frauds possess them!:rofl:lol::hi:

Maidana is not ****, and after the Guerrero fight everyone will realise this. He's being seriously underestimated after struggling with a guy who excels against come forward pressure fighters like Maidana. And he still managed to make Morales look like he had been in a car accident.

Also the bolded it blatant bull**** and proves you're a ****ing moron anyway.

Indeed, that display of mandibular fortitude was easily the most disgusting and disgraceful that I've ever seen in twenty-one years of watching boxing. Simply amazing that a "hot prospect" could be dropped and put on ***** street by a jab, and by a guy with 4 KOs, no less. I can't see anything happening, even in this glass filled match-up that we're discussing, that would dissuade me from making Kirkland GJOTY.
