    I didn't really want to give any legitimacy to these claims by posting on this, but just as an aside to support the picture from TheKov - on British TV near the end of the broadcast there were cameras in Froch's dressing room and he was talking with his corner, whilst having his gloves taken off live on camera - so I don't think he has anything to hide...

    This is ridiculous Froch didn't need to load his gloves to beat a shaky chin fighter like Bute.

    if froch had anything in his gloves bute would have bee gone in the 3rd round. He was getting hit with fast concussive punches from a guy with 21 stoppages and at least 2 one punch KO's i can think off of the top of my end. Froch can bang no doubt about it. He doesn't have the speed at world level to catch the fastest fighters in the division but everyone else feels his power.
    Bute has shown to be suspect under pressure from a decent puncher in Andrade. Froch is better in all areas than andrade and showed great variation in landing bobms with his right hands, be it straight, over the top, or with uppercuts

    What is the story there? Didn't hear about any of this. I wasn't around much in the lead up to the fight.

    The evening before the weight in Bute was 4.4 lbs over the weight limit and Bute said in Romanian at an interview right after the weight in that Honestly he had a white night just to be certain and sure he'll make the weight.

    Froch hits hard his ko % would be a lot higher if he didn't face world class opposition everytime ward, abraham, kessler, dirrel, pascal have never been stopped glen johnson has been stopped but he didn't look that hurt and probably could of made the final bell he was just outclassed by hopkins. Worldclass fighters are hard to stop.

    If froch had butes fights he would probably have 24ko's in 30 fights
