Considering Crawford has been shot in the head, I don’t think he’s in any hurry to be a pretend gangster. His best bet is to go extra working class and start doing Home Depot and Walmart commercials.
I don't think he needs to change his image, but he needs to work on giving better interviews and being in the media more often. In both the Indongo and Horn fights despite performing great in the ring he did little to nothing to promote either fight. Indongo, who doesn't speak much english gave better interviews for the build up than Crawford did. This was also the case in the Horn fight where Crawford for the buildup barely did anything to sale the fight while Horn and his team were selling the fight to the hilt.
