I think it's the logical fight. For me Dawson still needs to prove himself. I personally thought he lost against Glen Johnson although he got the decision. He got a good win against Tarver but Hopkins is in a different league. I see Hopkins doing a job on him and ruling out another possible Calzaghe opponent. Joe will have to take Hopkins or retire.
Cloud(bit biased, one of my favourites for the future), probably needs 1 or 2 more fights first but **** it lets go. If Calzaghe fights again i want it to be against Dawson coz im confident he would beat him. I only take umbridge at the guys suggestion that Dawson is the best at 168/175 on the planet at the moment, when he's clearly not there yet, it just builds the lad for a fall because when Calzaghe and Hop do retire it's gonna be left to him,Cloud, Pavlik, Kessler etc to be the attractions at the weights and already apparrently Pavlik has been "exposed" and people setting Chad up for the same fall as Kelly will devalue future fights, they will forever be labelled "exposed" by some people and poor imitations of their predecessors and thats not fair.
The fight would suck,,,but the result would be very important, if i was dawson people, an i belived in him, i go for it....I think a victory here, an joe fights him, but with out that joe just might move on,,,i honestley would like to see joe fight glen johnson next....
