I'm assuming this guy has to be weak strength wise. Don't you think he could be a better fighter with a strength and conditioning coach

Erik hasn't looked good since he was at Super Feather tbh, it's hard to look toned and defined when you're old past it and fighting at an alien weight.

He has lots of power. He hurt Maidana a few times and KO´d some young dude.
He has always looked soft and at times weak.

Morales is younger then Mayweather, you say old as if he's 50 something. You must be 16

Morales probably got hit more in 1 fight than Mayweather did in his entire career.
I love Morales for it but he found a way to even get into exciting fights vs some ordinairy fighters.

Hopefully he isn't drinking at all anymore. He will give us one last great fight and win. I feel it. The Maidana fight have him the confidence boost he needed.

I may be in the minority but I think JMM and his technical brilliance would shred this version of Morales. Erik is a great warrior but people seem to think his close fight with a slugger like Maidana was an indication that the old "El Terrible" was back .

Would have loved to see this matchup back in the day, but not now.

In ring years Morales would be Mayweather's grandpappy.
