I think that Naseem Richardson would be the perfect trainer for hatton.
He have done fantastic things with Bernard Hopkins, and Sugar Shane mosley..ect,ect.
IMO, if Ricky Hatton want´s to continue fighting,he should start with kick Floyd Mayweather SR. out.
I think Naseem OR roach are the two best trainers right now.
And MR.Richardson have done incredible things with Hopkins and Mosley.

    WHAT´S YOUR THOUGT?

Hatton is too long in the tooth to learn new tricks...........his punch resistance is gone now and he would only be KO`d if he fought Khan or Witter.

    Yes, definitely.

If he can salvage anything from this fight is watching it and realizing how unprepared he was against Pacquiao. I don't think Hatton should retire but he should seriously consider how to rebound from this loss.

Look no further than the tape Ricky, get a new trainer and keep your hands up first and foremost.

From what I've read there isn't much chance of Mayweather Sr sticking around even if Hatton does continue fighting.

If Roach wants to prove that he is the best trainer he should take Ricky on and teach him something.

First of all Hatton should learn to LISTEN to the trainer he already has.

While it's not necessary true you can't learn an old dog new tricks you certainly can't teach a dumb, stubborn dog new tricks.

Only Jesus himself can change the way Hatton fights. Mayweather did it for one fight (malinaggi) and then the "shitman" showed up against Pac. He is hopeless. He should either retire or fight fringe contenders. He will never be a blockbuster fight headliner after his performance this past weekend.

in my opinion there was nothing wrong with the trainer.... I remember hatton going back to his corner and mayweather sr tells him ,,see that's why you should have listen to me from day one...

hatton needs to live a clean lifestlye, he can have all the trainers oscar has had in his career and it still wont mean ****......why, cause hatton as a fighter doesn't wanna grow.....he loves to train to drop the weight, but you can tell he is still gonna remain the same fighter....

he is not disciplined outside of the ring, and he really should be

A change of trainer could be good, but i'd have to go with Roach, and i think the only fights out there now for hatton are kahn and witter. i'd rather see him fight witter in manchester then retire.

Roach has already told hatton to retire. He wants nothing to do with him.

listen to what he has to say about hatton in this interview after the fight.

If he fights he should have Grahm in his corner for 1 or 2 easy farewell fights.
