Should MMA fighters stop touching gloves so much?

Some people will moan about anything...

 

I actually think they should stop touching gloves at the start of every round. They do it at the start of the fight during the refs instructions, and they can hug it out as much as they want when the fight is over.
Why not just have them come right after each other. It's come the the point with the glove touching that a fighter would be lambasted with criticism if he stormed out of his corner and went right for a takedown.

I realize it's a minor point, but technically once the bell rings, the fight is on. Save the love for later.
