    No these are nowhere near within the rules. The ref is not there to help Pac, the ref is there to enforce the rules. If one is playing clean and another is head butting, headlocks, elbows, tripping you up - declare that as part of the rules from beginning and have an MMA match instead. Don’t say those are banned and allow it.
