I gotta say putting Stiverne in the same “tier” as guys like Rahman and Brewster is a stretch. Rahman defeated Lennox Lewis and Corrie Sanders and fought the elites in the division for years. Brewster defeated Wlad and Golota. Maybe you can put him in with Briggs (if you don’t believe he really beat Foreman cause I don’t) and Maskaev. But really the only name Stiverne has is Areolla on his ledger. I would put Stiverne a tier below these guys. If he comes back and gets some good wins I would consider moving him up.
