Mostly yes. I have heard of Growth Hormones being given to kids who are going to be short in hopes of getting a little bit taller?
Dave Tate said it best about steroids (testosterone, and similar chemicals) that if your in high school, and take it to be a starter on your football team you won't be able to play college, and if you use to play college you wont go pro. If you use to go pro you wont be there long, but if you get there and start using to stay there you will.

Basically no one is tuning into the Hulk from roids. A no. 15 guy might break top 10, but a journeymen won't.
You can get bigger, and stronger without them too.
A lot bigger, and stronger. A lot of boxers look like they do poser bodybuilding with built up upper body, and chicken legs.
If you make it your goal to do squats everytime you think about doing curls, a guy can add tons of strength.
In other words the poser bodybuilder juiced to the gills will not get anywhere near as strong as the natural guy doing powerlifting routines.

While steroids are illegal in America, you can buy them in the local neighbourhood candy store in Russia.:yep

Cossacks aren't known for being 7 foot tall, only those roided Russians are.
It is known fact that the Klitscho are hard Roid users, and always have been.
The HW division needs to be broken up into two distinct division; Ordinary HW and Super HW so that extreme height and weight advantages aren't so dominate that they negate skill.

there is obviously a very big gap between light heavy to cruiser.

Or they could just have 110 (flyweight) 120 (bantamweight) 130 (featherweight) and 140 (lightweight) and 150 (welterweight) 162 (middleweight) 175 (light heavyweight) 200 (heavyweight) 200+ (super heavyweight)[/quote]

I like this except make heavy into cruiser and keep super heavy as heavy

ummm 'muscle' steroids are not the same as growth hormones (not in the way you mean it , though they both belong to the same group). they don't make you 7ft tall, that's growth hormone.

get with it, and stop pursuing this failed theoy.
