I don't think it's fair to lump Vitali in here. He doesn't hold much at all

:thumbsup vitali is the true embodyment of a warrior except when sanders had him running for his life, that brother of his on the other hand...

Vitali goes in with his chin high, stays in until he is really hurt, then retreats.
    Nothing bad with that.

How Vlad lost so bad to corrie sanders who was clearly fat and out of shape at the time, not to mention he was 38 and vlad was 27. I don't quiet get how vlad couldn't see corrie's left hand coming from so far away. It seems like he got stunned by it, and never quiet recovered from it. Anyhow, Corrie just outclassed him, he picked his jab so much that Vlad could no longer throw it because then he was getting countered every time. Strangely being a southpaw, gave him a unique advantage in blocking the jab as he was able to bat them down before they got extended. Once the jab was gone Corrie threw left straights that klitschko seeminglycould not avoid and hit him and him often and even when k was trying to clinch he was still hitting him. Seriously people need to watch the corrie sanders fight if they want to beat klitschko.

K2 is a promotional company, not a single fighter. If you lump Vitali into this, you really don't know what the hell you're talking about. Vitali rarely holds.

Yeah right, because Wlad has learned nothing since 2003 when he underestimated and underprepared for Sanders

Clinching is part of boxing pushing some bodys head down then climbing on there
back is illegal which is why Wlad wont fight out side germany

i've watched the lewis vs tyson fight plenty of times. he ties tyson up when he rushes him. that's allowed. holyfield used the same tactic. cotton was being too harsh on lewis and was just looking to give tyson as much chance as he possibly could. lewis gets his timing going in the second round, so it's nothing like a wlad fight.

 i've read this excuse too many times now. wlad did not under prepare. he made sure he always came to the ring in top shape after what happened in the puritty fight.

so stop with the excuses. :good

Yes he was in shape, but that is not all that goes into preparation. He didn't spar really at all, he was looking past Sanders to a Lennox Lewis fight that was supposedly going to happen. Wlad has fought several other good southpaws since Sanders, he's KO'd them all apart from Iggy.

Really it's stupid to say, "if you want to beat Wlad, look at the Sanders fight"....you really think nobody considered that in 9 years? :patsch

Gee I'm sure glad I don't have a weird obsessive hatred for this chap. That would probably prove to be quite irritating.

Oh, assassin, you are so bias, we must take all of vlad's wins at face value as good wins, but any time he loses we must come up with elaborate excuses from he was magically drugged, to he was inexperienced, he was unprepared, but he is just never beaten fair and square. :rofl

Even if we just take all of vlad's fights from his last lost, who of prominence, is there. Who is a fighter that will rank in the top 25 or even 50 that he has fought? The best fighter since his last lost is perhaps david haye an overblown light heavyweight who again beat no one of relvence. Lets have klitschko fight someone who at least blows through the competition, right now there isn't that in boxing.

It was indefensible. But his fans tried to defend it...

Wlad does it when he's not even tested, that's the annoying part. It's not just a matter of clinching but leaning, which is probably the worst part. Gets away with it because he constantly fights in Germany.
