Johnson looks like he's in with a credible opponent, too. It's obvious just from the first round that he's the most complete boxer out of the three showcase fighters tonight.

Edwards is pretty slick but he's definitely not an offensive dynamo.

Yep. Nice head movement, but isn't active enough. Even if Johnson doesn't manage to hurt him, he'll win this on workrate and aggressiveness.

Dam the supermiddleweight division should be staked in the next couple of yrs ..I didn't know that Dirrell had a younger brother that also fought @ 168..Good fight so far lopsided but a good showcase of skills from Johnson.

Johnson is backing him up and outworking him big time now.

Edwards so far seems content to slip a few punches, throw the occasional jab or right hand and just finish the fight.

Edwards looks like he's content to go the distance. He doesn't have the pop to threaten johnson

Some nice action at the end of the fight.

I think Edwards knows that if he opens up a lot there's a good chance he will get hurt. And yeah, he doesn't seem able to bother Johnson with his punches.

I'm somewhat disturbed by Johnson's lack of killer instinct. He should really be trying to put the hurt on Edwards by now. He's shown that he's the superior boxer. Now he needs to try and finish strong.

Don't think Edwards has won more than 2 rounds.

It's gonna be an easy UD for Johnson unless something dramatic happens in the last round.

That's exactly what Tarver said during the last round.

LMAO Johnson started celebrating before the round ended.

98-92 twice and 97-93 for Johnson. Definitely better than Edwards, but didn't impress me though. Seemed too reluctant to pressure his opponent for no reason.

Good card all the way around (the storm that rolled in was some bad luck) Rodriguez looked good, but he needs to tighten up that D. He still has time to mature, and he looked good, just make a few adjustments and he'll be good to go. George has nice power, but really that's about it. I think he will more than likely be a Journeyman, but hey you never know he may turn out to be better. Johnson, like Rodriguez, showed why they are still on the Prospect ladder. They need more time to grow and they need to work on there game a bit, but they have a very bright future.
