Sillyman Rips Pacquiao Over Mosley Choice

World Boxing Council President Jose Sulaiman has indicated that he is personally hurt by the decision of Manny Pacquiao to defend his WBO welterweight title against Shane Mosley in May.

The President had learned that the fight had been finalized on the day Pacquiao was named WBC Fighter of the Decade.

Sulaiman told Box1ngscene.com that Pacquiao and his people were fooling around with the WBC and ''others''.

Whilst stressing that he considers Pacquiao a hero and that ''I like him very much'' he isn't paying any respect to the WBC and to me at all. He has never mentioned anything favourable to the WBC.

Sulaiman added - ''at this time of his life he doesn't care about anything, only about making money I guess.''

He also added - ''if Pacquiao doesn't respect the rules of the WBC we may have to do something about it, even though it may prove very unpopular.''

Sulaiman blasted the choice of Mosley as the opponent, saying that ''he is completely over the hill and looked very bad and very slow against a bum (Mora) in his last fight''.
