Is John Simpson no longer coming to answer questions and be congratulated by ESB?

 

I think Victorhugo4222 and Muay Thai Chick were trying to organise something.

Would be great if it could be set up!

 

We know Simpsons a modest guy - thats part of his appeal to fans but trust you will do your best to persuade him!

Haven't seen Muai Thai Chick on the board for a while so if poss. perhaps you could ask her to pop in and check her pm's just in case?

 

I was wholeheartedly a Simpson doubter. From what I did see I saw NOTHING to suggest he could do what he did. My experience of Simpson consisted mainly of him losing rounds.

He totally flipped the script and made me look like a ****.

 

The boxing News reporter had Andy leading before the stoppage 4 rounds to 2!atsch

 

Yeah, I read that too! However, Im so sick about BN notgiving scottish fighters any credit I have almost given up on moaning about it.

That same reporter also described Morris vs Simpson as the classic 'boxer vs slugger' which can only mean he doesnt have a clue what hes talking about. Simpson has never been a slugger, hes as slick a boxer as they come. Those ****s should give me a job, & I would sort that magazine out good & proper

I'm not even sure if Morris won one round. Simpson was catching him with hard shots in two fisted attacks from the first round.

 

I can;t believe most of these reporters and judges who have been fans longer than me score fights so badly and report them Inaccurately.

 

The problem with some of the reporting is that its clearly not impartial and heavily biased so we don't get a balanced view.
