    Tonney at his best would be a tough fight for ward. And I think Tommy Hearns at super middleweight would be a very difficult task for ward .Nobody outboxs the hitman ward included.To win ward would have to take the fight to Tommy if he gets into a chess match he loses.

    Ward would have a hard time adjusting to Roy Jones or a James Toney (if he decides to be motivated). Ward comfortably beats the Nigel Benn's of SMW and also beats Calzaghe.

    I wish Ward fought in an earlier era; say what you want but this guy showed a clear desire to fight the best in the division and even went up to 175 with a clear intention to fight the then boogeyman (Kovalev) who the likes of Stevenson was (and still is) avoiding.

    Would only take one wild haymaker from Benn to put Ward in all kinds of trouble
