why britain "love" the wbu is becuase frank warren has special ties with them.it's a real shame becuase real good british fighters and prospects will never reach there full potential in that they are fighting in the minor leagues...it gives frank warren a load of cash and makes the fighters a credit rating...why not they may not be the best but they have a title
One of his fights against Danny Williams was a war. Skelton is definitely in my Top20, but I don't give him chance against any of the beltholders.
I'm disappointed that Skelton has been getting so much flak, considering it's Sprott that contributed so much to it being a bad fight. Skelton is never going to be beautiful to watch but he continued to do his thing, kept coming forward, kept up a good workrate, kept attacking to the body.
Instead of talking about a world title shot that none of them deserve, it'd be nice to see Warren's heavies fighting proper contenders. Why not match Skelton with Dmitrenko, or a come-backer like Tua?

Highly unlikely.His old his style is extremely poor for a "boxer" his crude and doesnt possess the ring smarts nor youth to change his style.He could have had Sprott out of there had he used his normal untidy style but he chose to "box" and we got a 12 round sparring session.
