Mayweather fan reporting: As i said earlier I like Skip and love the show, but the fact remains he doesn't know **** about boxing...I mean he said he thought Manny tried to look worse against JMM to try and lure PBF into a fight, nuff said.

 

Skip is an entertainer, his job (as many here have mentioned) is to troll the sports world, in order to attract viewers. If you are unable to appreciate a "good troll" then you probably won't appreciate Skips value. All that said, Skip Bayless is extremely intelligent, awesomely educated, has worked for and thrived at some of the top newspapers in the world, and if you watch the show...is clearly a man with legitimate character.

 

The guys gets paid to say crazy ass **** not for his knowledge of sports. You watch him for a good laugh not for what is really happening and why.

Gabe Montoya is trolling the thread based on him, I am surprised that Bayless' foolish ass has not pop up to defend his "good name"

The only reason this thread is so long is because he's on ESPN and he's on quite often. You can make a thread about PTI, Steven A, or some of the other ESPN figures and you'll get long thread. ESPN has him on a lot for some reason too.

he wasnt serious when he said that. anyone that says a fighter looks bad on purpose to lure another fighter into a false sense of security is just talking out of their ass. people said the same thing about sergio in his last few fights....

Bayliss is a little *****. He called himself a hot shot highschool basketball player. They found out he rode the bench and had a scoring average of less than 2 points per game. Frickin little liar.

The little debates between Skip Baseless and Stephen A. can be entertaining. But neither of these guys know dick about the sport of boxing. It really is pathetic to see them brake down footage of every other sport but when it comes to boxing, it's like listening to two 5 yr old's argue.

First Take is an entertaining show. I watch it often. The moderator Jay Crawford is a funny SOB as well. But this show is absolutely worthless whenever the sport of boxing is brought up. I get annoyed even when they drop the games and attempt to speak on it seriously. They FAIL miserably no matter what.
