I was gonna mention him, he really showed me alot by changing from a dangerous puncher to a pretty slick guy vs Carbajal in the 2nd and 3rd fights... He mixed it up a lot time to time but for the most part he was known as a feared puncher, and was in quite a few memorable wars. Another example of a Mexican fighter being capable of fighting slick, but preferred sluggin it out.
He was very slick when he wanted and pretty quick too.. But even a light puncher like him loved to mix it up more often than he should have.. He would have even been a more accomplished and better fighter, if he stuck with his boxing skills.. THeres a guy who made things harder on himself because he couldnt break and egg, made some exciting fights though, and still won back the title numerous times... Another slick boxer who liked to slug sometimes and only had average power at best was Daniel Zarragoza.
