Why the **** would the threadstarter include VALERO on the polls along with veteran fighters who are much more accomplished than him??? that's lame..

    My pick is Calzaghe..

I voted for Edwin Valero because he still has yet to prove himself. Don't get me wrong, I would love the hype to be true but until he fights a big name and dominates, then I have to say his career is smoke and mirrors. On second thought, FINITO is right. Edwin Valero doesn't belong in the list you posted since he is an up and comer, unlike some of the veterans and retired fighters you listed. Since this is the case, then I will have to say that Joe Calzaghe is smoke and mirrors. He really only fought two prime fighters in Kessler and Lacy, and then two old dogs in Hopkins, and Jones Jr.

How can Vlero be considered up and coming when he has won two world titles.

Yep, a guy as small as Jones that constantly fought guys that were bigger than him was a cherry picker and his career was all smoke and mirrors

Find me another guy that owned opponents like Toney and Jones at the age Jones was at when the fights happened and maybe I'll come round to your way of thinking, until then shut the **** up you fat, peanut headed ****.

The answer to this particular poll is Slappy Joe, and it's not close. A total bum.

I dont buy that. Its pretty clear that Floyd is the most hated on fighter on this site and he isnt leading the poll.

Because he built a career on fighting a string of cupcakes, an over-rated American hypejob, getting a decision he didn't deserve against B-Hop and fighting an old timer in RJJ. His only good victory was Kessler, really.

Calzaghe kind of always has to win these things. I mean his resume before Lacy (and after Eubank) is REALLY REALLY bad. Post Lacy he kind of sort of redeemed himself but still...yikes.
