So, it seems the Taylor hype won't ever return, excellent.

Taylor would decision, but never KO Froch. Taylor would GET KOed by Kessler, Bute, or even Andrade. I see Inkin, Green, and Dirrell giving him problems in real 50/50 match-ups

Taylor is a hype job who has yet to beat a top fighter definitively. And the gift decisions that HBO got him against Hopkins and Wright are a stain on the history of this sport.

Hopkins is right...there's future greatness in Pavlik. Hopkins examined the fighter and pulled a Max Schmeling on him. End of story.

I think Pavlik would do well to work with B-Hop....he's still young enough to make some adjustments....

Yep. Taylor can't hurt Andrade, can't hurt Bute, in fact Taylor can't hurt anyone these days.

When did Pavlik become an average champion?

That's funny - he hurt Pavlik and Lacy, both of whom have solid chins.

And those of you short-bus kids who think Andrade would beat Taylor... Andrade would land less on Taylor than Lacy did. He's slower than Lacy, leaves himself more exposed than Lacy... the guy is only getting hype from Kessler nuthuggers and people who only saw the last 30 seconds of the Bute fight and missed the first 35:50 of him getting his ass kicked.

    Still?

First off, I know the only world-class opposition Froch has faced is Reid.
    But I've watched his fights.

Kessler sure as **** has faced world opposition, and embarrass in losses (or wins in Taylor's case). Beside Clazaghe, he fought Mundine, Breyer, Siaca, and Andrade just for starters.

Bute? Kicked Bika's ass and did dominate Andrade until that final round.

Dirrell is young and less than tested, but you watch his fights and you can see the same fighting spirit that the man from Youngstown who KTFO your man did early on.

What did Taylor do post-Pavlik? Beat a ****-shell Lacy (who still managed to floor Taylor in the fifth). He's good, but the SMW division is full of guys at his level and has a few that are a level above.

Do me a favor...stop holding one thread over my head. I think I could start a thread quoting all your bull****.

Andrade would let Taylor **** away his energy and then kill him in a late round TKO.

That's the way I see it.

But Taylor would win a UD over Inkin easy and would likely TKO Dirrell, if not beat him pretty nasty. Ward/Taylor is an awesome, even match up however even though Ward's green. Ward could be something.

At SMW, besides Kessler, Bute or Andrade, I don't see the others besting Taylor. He seems to have improved a little since leaving Steward.
