aye lynes has given it up,hes got the EBU in his stable now, thats what mccloskey is after at the minute.would love to see a good old classic throwback fight like nash vs buchanan or something, nothing better than a bit or irish/scottish rivalry.
as a professional boxer barry, would you not like to see more emphasis on keeping active and fighting the best opponents out there rather than maintaining an unbeaten record, theres so much pressure on a fighter like duddy to win everytime for marketting reasons, that whenever he does have an off night his whole career up to now is judged 30 minutes of boxing?

To be fair I was half a kip, and yes he change it but he should have changed it after the first round because he was getting hit by bombs of smichet, just imagine what pavlik could do to him. Yeah he changed is plan when the bloke had punched himself out.:-(

show us your score of the fight or **** off!

First you said that Duddy got murdered - then you said you never scored it - then you said Walid won 7 rounds - then you said you couldnt say which rounds he won - then you said he won the first five and 8 and 10.

If you are going to lie - keep to the same lie or else you end up looking like an arsehole!

yes i agree!!after getting 2 know the pro game in ur first 8-10 fights then the matches should start 2 get made against fellow prospects then the best of bunch goin on 2 fight 4 titles and if there good fights get it on again as the fans will want it,but promoters just try and build thier fighters up and make them into money makin machines!! as 4 john its only people who know **** all about boxin that will write him off after 1 bad night!!!

Id drop Tito from that list, and maybe Spinks as well. I agree with the rest. But not with ease. To much heart and chin to be walked over without making it tuff.

Eastman has been a shot fighter for around a year now. If Andy Lee faces him this year, he will stop him and hopefully finish his career.

All of those names would knock him out. He was up against a C- level opponent yesterday and barely won. Anyone in the top 25 is going to give him huge problems.

    Top three would.

    Bottom four, probably not.

Everybody likes a tough Irishman, but what I've seen of him he's very limited. You would have to think Pavlik would bust him up badly.

Here's a couple fighters that I would favor over Duddy:

    Pavlik
    Taylor
    Winky
    Abraham
    Castillejo
    Sylvester
    Sturm
    Demers
    Gevor
    Rubio
    Spinks
    Forrest
    Karmazin
    DLH
    Alcine
    Dzinziruk
    Powell

    ... and that's not a complete list.

He needs to get a title fight with Pavlik locked so he could get somewhat of a payday before everybody starts beating him and his stock goes down.

ya, Tito and Spinks would flatten him out with power, not to mention Winky right would take his head off...
