And they do all the time...In fact they argue that floyd never fought any good fighters...Point is this..Margo cant do any wrong..He knocked Cintron out fight him again and its a great fight....Cintron is yet to beat an elite fighter, at least Baldo did that. Baldo was the legit undisputed champ, cintron a paper champ.

He's NOT taking advantage of the momentum he has built up and his new found fame and respect from the casual boxing fans. That's what he's NOT doing. :-(

There's no point to argue over that one.
Baldo was legit champion at the time, Cintron was legit champion when he fought Margo too.
Imo Cintron would beat Baldo if they fought, plus Cintron hasn't really been tested (apart from the two Margo fights) for one to say he's a "paper" champion. Let's not act like belts or ratings mean nothing.
Bottom line is, both Baldo and Cintron are good welters. What's more important is that Floyd should be respected for schooling Baldo and Margo should be respected for destroying Cintron.

    No.

    Not 'Unforunatley'. Not 'fortunatley' either.

'Unfortunately' as in 'Unfortunately for you' I am not responsible for your feeble mind because you could do with a little help :yep

I said "Do not ATTEMPT to drag me down to your level". If you had succeeded in dragging me down to YOUR level, then yes, it could be said that I am weak minded, however, you have not succeeded, therefore I am not weakminded. You however, are :yep

I think Baldo is more mentally tough and a lil more competitive and has more of a stronger will to win and would beat Cintron. After seeing the shots Baldo took from Forrest, hes not gonna get kod so Cintron would have problems dealing with the pressure from a solid welterweight like Baldo

I think people underestimate Cintron around here... :think

No doubt in my mind he's maybe the hardest-hitting welter at this point, if we're talking about one-punch KO power.

Didn't they confirm that the fight with Mosley is not going well and might not happen?

I dont I think Cintrons pretty good but unforunatley hasnt shown the real grit when the going gets tough to suck it up like a real man and thats cuz I really like the guy :/ just how I see it. And I think your overrating his power a lil bit but its not just about power its about how you utilize your power and what kind of a fighter you are mentally in that ring

The best fight available at the time.

What was Margarito doing fighting unranked Manuel Gomez on a failed PPV?

Cintron was a paper champ because he didnt win his belt from a champion, in fact he got the belt because floyd fought Baldo instead of Mark Suarez....WHO??? that right the no name guy that Cintron got the belt from..Not only that be he didnt beat a legit fight while holding the belt..that is what made him a paper champion. Not that he was a bad fighter, he isnt, but I dont think that he would have beatten Baldo then either. Maybe now but not then.

Failed??? it did 19,000 buys, and it was soo important a fight that Margo couldnt take the date with floyd...Which proves that floyd was scared to fight Margo cuz he wanted to fight him on short notice...How dare he only allow him 9 weeks to get ready for a fight:yep

The funny thing is I have been saying all along that Margo fans or Floyd haters would excuse other fighters for doing the things that they claimed Floyd was doing...Now the proof is slapping them in the face and they still make excuses and talk about how its not the same....:deal

    :rofl

Maybe you should do some reseach on that history of the whole mess...You will find that floyd offered margo the date that Judah had and it was rejected, in an interview Arum stated that it was important that Margo fought on the PPV card, and that a fight with floyd would come down the road...On the road Arum offered floyd a fight for 8 million but only after the talks about the Oscar fight started, the same 8 to 10 million that Arum claimed he could get Floyd in a fight with either Cotto or Margo..Arum was asked if the offer was in response to the fight with Oscar and Arum said yes, that a fight with Floyd and Oscar wasnt something that he was interested in, he stated that they would ask for soo much money that no one eles would make any....Check out the archive at ESPN and SI and you will find those article and interview...I have posted and set links time and time again but it dont matter what is said, people will believe only what fits the point that that are making at the time.
