So when is Mikkel Kessler going to fight a top guy again?

    I mean its been nearly 2 years since he got dominated by Calzaghe, and I keep hearing about how he's supposed to be the best 168lb fighter in the world, when do I get do see this guy fight? Or is he still knocking out German insurance salesmen?

    It pisses me off a little that Kessler has failed to do **** all since Calzaghe, Rand... you are still a ****.

    His management took him to court over something to do with Kessler trying to leave them to get decent fights.

    So thats some explanation.

    I have heard that the laywers are still negotiating, like they have been for the past 6 months...

    They cannot be accused of being fast movers...

    And I like Calzaghe, but in all fairness it was a very even fight (not a domination) and Calzaghe himself thought he was losing until 7-8 round where he for the first time saw that Kessler was breathing hard. Thereafter he believed he would win, but Joe has said plenty of times that noone has taken him as deep as Kessler.

    the question isnt even when is he going to fight a top fighter but when will he even fight again...even if it is against a german insurance salesman

    When did Joe say that? :?

    It was an even fight................after 4 rounds. Calzaghe dominated rounds 5 - 11 so he was comfortably ahead by rounds 7-8.

    9 - 3 Calzaghe is a clear win

    Another question is, after so many fights against Eurobums, will he be up to the challenge when he gets into the ring with a top SMW or LHW?

    is this for real? kessler made a name beating up guys that couldn't be in the same building with a true champ ... he's a hype job like lacy
