Everytime I do too much punching I get a kind of aching pain for days right in the center of my chest and it becomes sensitive, I also get this exclusively and especially from triceps dips, anyone else come across this? I've had it going on for a couple years now since I started shadowboxing or doing dips but it always heals up after 2 or 3 days max if I lay off working out or just do other stuff. Push ups are fine but will irritate it more if it already is.
