With his weight and glass knee, running should be the last thing he does. He'd be better off working in the pool and cycling
I've decided to give him the benefit of the doubt since he did show up in great shape(by his standards as a professional) against Vitali...
Anyone can dedicate themselves for short periods. We have all known people who's weight has gone up and down as they have gone from eating **** to going on the latest fad diet. I would be impressed if Solis could change his attitude and truly dedicated himself to the sport in the long term. But I doubt he will. We all saw how Arreola dedicated himself, he lost a little weight then it started creeping back up again. Solis can say he is getting in better shape but I won't believe until I see it.
good to hear, though I'll believe it if I see some pics, he was supposed to be in shape against Airich and we all know how he looked...
The way he runs i am not surprised he has to put 6 miles in to get any weight loss. I walk as fast as Solis runs.
Why is someone grossly overweight doing road work anyway? Only going to destroy your joints and he already has a bad knee.
