Not only is his dad ducking him, amatuer boxers are already ducking him too.

I think a lot of what made Tszyu was his up bringing and the strict and highly successful Soviet boxing program.

Im hearing good raps about Tim but I think his sheltered and easy lifestyle in oz will probably see him struggle to get even close to what his dad did...Just my call now, dont want to put to much pressure on the kid, which often happens when you have the name of your famous relative.

Kostya has been stuck in Russia by the sound of it Kush..setting up a gym business that the Russian government contracted him to do.

Hard ship can make fighters...but nothing works like good instruction... I'm sure this kid will turn out to be a fine amatuer fighter. Best of luck to him if he decides to take it further then that.

If Tszyu has a fraction of his father, he will become a world champion.

Hopefully he will live up to his sir name.
    Like having that power...

Also - it said he was in college.
He is 14. Is there something I am missing here? Are Aussy schools that much different than in the US?

    Roughly:

What USA call college we call university.

We have primary education (to the age of twelve) secondary education (to the age of seventeen) then tertiary education (diplomas, degrees, doctrates etc)

Secondary education is called high school, or if it is a fancy pants private school then it may be called a college.

And Newington is about as fancy pants as you get.

I went to a "college".... a run down Catholic college, less equipped then most of the local public schools..where you pay through the nose for the privilege to learn about Religion from lay people who couldnt care less about it.

Sons of millionaires rarely make great professional fighters.

You know what I mean, kids being brought up in the lifestyle that having a millionaire father can provide. Mayweather jr had nothing like that.
