How would Liston handle the big, hard hitting southpaw?

 

I may've liked Michael back in the day and never been so on-board with the Liston H2H mythical rankings but...Liston will absolutely level Moorer with almost no chance of any fluke derailing that likelihood. Patterson/Moorer is a Patterson pick slightly, to me, for context.

Liston finishes what Cooper didn’t.

Liston, potentially within 1 round. He backs Moorer up, forces him to tuck up, finds the gaps and takes him out.

The only way for Moorer to potentially have success is if he gets out of the first few rounds and then look to box Liston, get him to bite and counter him square on and he steps forward, since I’m not sure how Liston would approach a top tier southpaw.

But I’d still heavily favour Liston.
