If you was in charge of both men who would you get in for the main sparring the camp?

Froch will have a bit of a problem now Barker isnt about as Bellew is nothing like the Saint.

I supspect Groves may call in Clev

I'd have groves sparring very durable guys who can take punishment and keep coming forward. Glen Johnson maybe or even get out to the states for Chavez jr.
No point getting technical with slick quick guys because that is not froch at all

Was going to mention Chavez Jr too for Groves. A strong, come forward durable guy.

Billie Joe Saunders would be good for Froch if he was orthadox. Maybe Anthony Dirrell? Think Froch needs to focus on cutting off the ring and pinning down faster guys in sparring.

Get some cruiserweights for Groves and rough him up. As for Froch BJS or Chris Eubank JR Degale.

Oh for Groves Arthur Abraham or Bika

Groves should spar with an oak tree. One That hits you on the back of the head when the referee tells you to break. :hey

Froch should get Degale in and maybe someone young who's gonna move a lot and be tricky to catch, maybe try paul smith as well

Eubank Jr as per usual for Groves. Bellew as per usual for Froch. And a few others. Thing is no fighters mimic Groves Or Froch styles.

Was thinking the other day that one of the Dirrells would be great sparring for Froch, if there's no animosity left after the Andre fight... Sparring someone that although doesn't hit as hard, would actually make Groves look slow come fight night...
