The odds are way off, but Kell fighting one too many soft touches and getting battered by GGG doesn't help. I think it should be 50/50, since Spence has a bad habit of attacking with reckless abandon and hasn't fought anyone that can make him pay for it. I'm also not sold on Spence's durability and stamina yet.

I'll admit, I have far more confidence in Spence stopping brook than I do ward actually winning more than 3 rounds vs kovalev. actually winning with boxing scoring criteria,

8/1 on Brook to take him out in rounds 1 -6 .Going to throw a hundy down on that but i really can't envision who the will be . Good odds on Spence to win during the first half too @5/1.

I've actually never heard of all this sensationalism surrounding Spence, he's thought to be a top talent that has potential for greatness but thats about the limit. This a quite an even fight and I think you need make your own assumptions independent from the media and hype men. Don't get caught up in the conspiracy theories...especially those that have been fabricated in your own mind. I lean towards Spence for this fight but only by the slightest margins.

But you said that you wish that Brook was the 2-1 on favourite so you could make a lot of money. Surely that means betting on the underdog, Spence to make the most money?

Dam Stamina you really hate Ward don't you lmao. I can't even criticize you for that because I know you actually root for fighters due to style, and not because of skin color.

Good points,I mean it's not like Brook against GGG who is this unbeatable monster at middleweight is it?i look at Spence and give him his due but I've seen a good few fights of his inc the Bhundu one and there's no way I can say he's the favourite never mind bing this unbeatable thing that blackened Mayweathers eye lol

Yes all the talk of Brook making weight kind of deflected it off how big a guy Spence is and by his own admission when asked by Bellew he said I'm the bigger guy and making 147 is hard and to do it he has to live it.
Not heard anyone else say this about Spence being drained but when you think he said he could quite easily make 180 then that should tell us that at 147 he's a long ways under his natural weight class which must surely be middleweight in the near future?

At least the fight is not PPV, so I will enjoy watching this fight....................I'm not so sure Spence is this invincible fighter I keep hearing about..........................Brook is a good fighter at welterweight, I think he is being underestimated..............I am leaning toward a Brook win in spite of all the hype....................perhaps they are judging Brook on the Golovkin fight, which is not fair................

Remember Calzaghe vs Lacy. Damn what a shellacking. Brook is an outstanding boxer. Spence won't knock him out so he better have a plan B to win on points.

The bookies set both guys at 10/11 they see it as a 50/50. Clearly some money has been put down on spence so they adjust their price. I don't see why people take the odds as gospel as to 'what the bookies think will happen' They didn't have spence as a favourite... what actually happens is punters dictate the odds... so the betting man believes spence will win not the bookies.

FFS. I guess the OP clearly has no idea how odds work. Brook being 2/1 (he's top priced 7/4 in the UK), is not a huge underdog. With Spence being 8/13 and Brook 7/4 best price, for boxing that's actually very close betting.

    ???

I haven't heard one person supporting the idea that Errol is invincible and Brook is in over his head. No one is underestimating him and on paper this is a close fight. You made the thread maybe you should read the posts.
