Pac is 4-1 in better performances against common opponents. And he would have murked Guerrero, Ortiz, Berto, McGregor, Logan Paul, Tenshin, and Maidana.

You make it seem like Pac beat undefeated fighters. There's much more to it than how they performed that's a casuals argument. Oscar for a fact was a drained corpse when he fought Pac yet you're counting it as a better performance when he was shot. PBF clearly beat the better version which is more important when discussing these fights he also didn't lose. PBF was 37 and shot when he beat Maidana 2x PBF wouldn't go life and death and lose to a bum in Horn like Pac did. PBF wouldn't lose to any fighter on Pac's resume but I can't say the same for Pac.

 

He was not close to his peak at 36, that's ridiculous. Go back and watch a young Hopkins and see how much faster and athletic he was during his peak in his 20s. Hopkins struggled with Taylor because he didn't have the athleticism anymore to deal with him had he fought him when he was younger he would have dealt with him easily. Hopkins was good for so long because he had a style that isn't taught anymore today and his boxing brain was much better than the younger fighters he faced. Even then people hated his style and called him boring but he was effective with it to an extent.

 

Not always but it does matter when talking about an undefeated boxer. Some boxers are never the same after they taste defeat they get exposed lose confidence or get depressed. Take Tyson and Prince Naz for example they were never the same and neither was Hatton after PBF took his 0. PBF beat the better version of Hatton.
