It will be interesting to see whether de Mori can actually land a fight with Deontay Wilder, or whether de Mori is just his plan 'B' or 'C'.
Hopefully Mark isn't putting all his eggs in one basket with this fight with Wilder. Need to have a few options. A fight with Solo would be a good one against two fighters of similar resume and abilities.
That's little doubt his procession of under par opponents and periods of inactivity are directly due to there never having been a plan 'B'. I bet Don King was overjoyed to hear 300 people attended his last fight.
