Yeah, I have to disagree with you. Cotto couldn't even dissuade Mayweather from sticking to his completely uncharacteristic game plan, that's completely indicative of Floyd's comfort with the pace and intensity of the exchanges. Cotto did as well as he could being completely overmatched. Mayweather was able to choose his method and level of involvement. Mayweather COULD have boxed his freaking ears off, hopped on his bicycle and potshottedd his way to rather easy and boring win, but CHOSE to sit in there and let Cotto make a fight out of it. Don't get it mixed up. Mayweather let Cotto have it his way and Cotto still couldn't solve that puzzle. It wasn't a cake walk, because again, Cotto IS a great fighter and Floyd DID fight his fight. Then, he proceeded to bust his as in a lopsided UD. :bart
Pac finished Cotto. Boxing is crooked, so you can never count on a fair decision. However, they have been many fair decisions in boxing, but lately it seems to have gotten worse.........
Why must he do better? He clearly won the fight and it was one of his more exciting recent performances.
I thought there was hardly anything in the Mayweather vs. Cotto fight. It was about as close as the Canelo vs. Trout fight (which is closer than I remembered watching it a second time). Having said that, Mayweather didn't use his legs the way he can in that fight, I think if he fights lke that vs Canel he's in trouble though.
You know nothing --- **** For Brains. Floyd beat the **** out of Cotto. Had Cotto out on his feet at the end.
Cotto is actually good fighter & is competitive with everyone. Cotto would always give Mayweather a tough time
Very wrong.... I know what it's like... Fighters like Floyd wanna win and make it look easy..... If its not easy or smooth it's not because of Floyd it was because of cotto.. What fighter wants to take punishment ? Floyd is a guy who doesn't wanna get touched ever!
Yeah, I just can't agree with you in this one. Again, I don't think the fight was a cakewalk, but Floyd wasn't in there fighting for his life. The point I made, and still stand by, is that Floyd fought a stategically less intelligent fight than we are used to seeing him fight. he stayed in the pocket and even walked Cotto down a couple times. Floyd was never in any real danger evidenced by the rather comfortable UD he received. I freaking live Cotto, but he got beat at his own game that night. :bart
Wow, you're the dumbest person in the world. This is too profound for my mind to handle your level of ******ation. Your mother must of got raped by aids infested monkeys before she conceived you. I hope you choke on a Puerto Rican's male genitalia sprinkled with adobo before you go to bed tonight.
