He is not bad and that was a kind of impressive performance. But don't get carried away too much.
He is the moest muscular guy I ever saw, think he has about 0,01gram of grass on his body. Looks like the hulk, but for a cruiser he punches as hard as mikey mouse...
His chin is kind of suspect as Huck landed a short straight right and his knees buckled.
Just 2 minusses that I noticed.
Don't underrate him, but don't overrate him.

I think Haye is able to get to him before the 7th round and KO's him.

I watched the Huck fight and I could not see anything for the likes of Haye to worry about. I even thing Enzo would beat him.

He was showboating and he was not very tidy in last nights fight.

It was a Mayweather-like performance, allowing an opponent to tee off on him on the ropes (miss mostly) tire him out and then take over in the mid rounds and wait for an opportunity to take him out. Obviously its very impressive to win like that against such a quality opponent, however in terms of excitement it was very weak, just like Mayweather-DLH or Mayweather-Hatton.

I thought Huck was poor, all he did was rush in with wild arm punches. Cunningham let himself be pushed around a bit too much early on in my opinion, he only started to look good when Huck was knackered, which luckily was quite early on.
This was the first time I had properly seen either fighter, and I was impressed by Cunningham's boxing ability. A fight with Haye, or Enzo would be interesting, but I wouldn't fancy his chances against either man. His lack of a big punch might let him down, and I have the suspicion his chin would not stand up too well to the really big shots.

Ah, there you go. I traded Dave that one. Cunningham looked very impressive against Rothmann, who nearly beat O'Neil Bell to win a title. That performance shows how good Cunningham can be, and he got back to that style a bit yesterday against Huck.

People rip Cunningham for clinching, but against Rothmann there were pretty much zero clinches and lots of action. Wlodarcyck had a different style and those fights weren't action fights. Cunningham/Huck was a very good fight, and I think Steve matches up well with any of the other top Cruisers.

The people that still underrate him need to see more of him. And yes, no reason he shouldn't be on American TV in the near future. Hopefully Don King won't hide him away for a year like he sometimes does with his fighters.

Rothman is pretty much a nobody though so you would expect him to do well.

After watching the fight, I think that Cunningham v Enzo will play out very similar. I dont think Enzo has the skills to punish Cunningham.

A bout against Mac-Haye would be amazing.

yep a more rounded fighter than i expected and i jumped to conclusions before i had seen him v rothman.

on a side point the rothman fight was appalling scoring, although i liked the arabic commentary.:D
