Stevenson vs Cloud who should I bet on?

Stevenson. Cloud is overrated as hell and is due another ass whoopin. Also depends if stevenson is still hungry. If he is, cloud gets his ass torn.

I think this is a tough fight to call. A good fight...

 

for a betting point of view....if you want to take a risk that might pay out, bet on cloud ko....pays more if you win.....but i think the sure bet is adonis by ko...not only did campillo school him, but so did hopkins...in the lest fight too...so he has had no tune up fight since..so cloud is comming in this fight cold...my second reasoning for this is manny steward said that if adonis ever gets the chance to face dawson or cloud that he should jump on the opportunity, cuz he gonna ko them no prob....well his prediction about dawson was spot on....i dont doubt him being correct about cloud either

 

I learned not to doubt the last burning embers of Don Kings stable when the laughingly inactive Guilmero Jones went over to Russia and beat the dog **** out of their best Cruiser in a big upset.

King is still calculated and wants at least a few titles attached to his small stable of world class fighters. I don't think he would have had Cloud take this fight if he wasn't confident he could make Cloud relevant again.

Also, how does getting schooled by Hopkins and Campillo suggest he will be knocked out by Stevenson? :huh Your argument for an outcome is two guys with completely different styles getting a completely different outcome?

Cloud is beatable by boxers, yes, everyone gets that by now. Stevenson is no master boxer. He is a big puncher. A bigger puncher than Cloud. Difference is, Cloud is able to withstand a lot more than Stevenson can.

 

wouldnt be too sure about five being dead last as don king is as shady as shaw when it comes to buying off judges and even though paquette will probably be for stevenson both van de wielle and morrow have yet to turn in a bad card by way of compubox.

stevenson is not going to outhrow cloud and has been 12 rounds only once in his career at 168 so a stevenson decision if it goes 12 is by no means a sure thing.

if cloud can make it past the first five without getting hurt i think there is a better than even money chance that tarvoris wins this fight even taking into consideration paquette as a judge.

 

I just highly doubt judges will become a factor.

Either Stevenson can whack him out - which should become evident early enough since Cloud is no defensive whiz - or he can't, and is therefore probably getting sparked himself sooner or later.

no im not saying that cloud got schooled by boxers so he will get ko...im saying that clouds confidence is low off the last 2 losses(ya i consider campillo a loss)...

and im also saying that adonis is better in every way than cloud..if cloud wants to stand for 12 round and get beat up, great, fine by me..but suspect cloud to be just anothr pavlik/dawson...an american that cant hold his wieght when it comes tu heart...cloud is nothing more than a very large stepping stone...cloud is a gate keeper fighter that happen to get a chance at the belt and made the most of it..

hey IB...it would seem from the posts i see you put up, that you have a disliking towards quebec haitian fighters...whats up with that? you were talking **** about stiverne before his arreola fight, which i predicted an asy win for stiverne...then in the dawson/stevenson fight you were saying that stevenson is **** and should get schooled by dawson....you got something against canadian hatian boxers? cuz you dont seem to be right about them in your predictions...so im going to guess that its just something personal?

 

I have nothing against Haitians. It's a total coincidence that Berto, Stiverne, and Stevenson are three boxers I happen to dislike for various reasons. :yep

I am in fact a big fan of Jean Pascal, and to a lesser extent Dierry Jean and Joachim Alcine.

I also respect the heck out of Danny Edouard. Limited talent but tons of heart. He went out on a high note in his war with Manfredo Jr. :good

Pascal, Alcine, Jean, Edouard and even Berto all have the same plucky attitude, willing to fight anybody anywhere at any time.

As for getting predictions wrong, it happens. There is no such thing as nailing boxing picks 100%. Nobody does, and whoever claims they do is lying or cherry picking. It's the arena of the unexpected. That is part of what makes it so great. :deal

 

Cloud is flat footed. Thats a major problem against Steveson. But then, Steveson makes a lot of errors. Stupmed.
