Steve's comments yesterday re: Jeffries on twitter/facebook......

He's a terrible fighter when influenced by the crowd, which is all the time. Needs to stop with the Sunderland ****, we are not a city to get behind, we're scum, stop it Tony and stick to your boxing, it's your ticket out of here.

For a bloke who won a bronze is it? His defense is absolutely rubbish, he needs to work on that much more. He was lucky to get that draw tbh.

Can't stand people in this city bigging him up thinking he's immense and ****. Total bias crap like this needs to stop.

 

He wants to be carefull slagging the Sky pundits off see as Sky must pay a large part of his wages.

Twitter and Facebook aren't the problem but what he is doing whilst in training, he should go down the Sheffield and spend a few weeks with Froch so he can see what it takes to make it to the top.

 

Fair enough, I can see his point if that's the case, but he really needs to listen to those who are quite rightly saying that he desperately needs to improve his defence and his all-round game.
