Any word at all what the fall out was? you think they would have done it after the success of Taylor.
Not sure but Shane is big friends with Andy from boxing social. He's not short of exposure from them, so Shane won't be that bothered. Sometimes it can be as trivial as one of their (ifl) interviewers mentioning Shane and he took it the wrong way. But in answer to your question, I don't know why he ain't given an an interview or why they've fallen out 8n the first place.
More evidence of the sort of petulant behavior that’s turned people off the McGuigans? Shane and his fighters do seem to lack charm in general don’t they?
The Mcgugians and Frampton do show a sense of entitlement in the way they behave. They don't seem to be able to take a bit of gentle ribbing and respond with quite unnecessary insults. It was apparent during the Quigg fight build up. Came across as arrogant and stuck up compared to the empty but kind hearted Scott Quigg.
I’m not as keen on Shane as I was on Barry...the whole culture of the present McGuigans outfit seems to have a bit of an air of unpleasantness about it. Clashing with people a bit too much. I think Shane might be a difficult character to get along with. I do love Barry though. He’s a hero.
Just heard on Sky News that Alex Salmond is up in court for trial sometime in January for similar issues.
He may be a quality trainer in terms of his actual training ability, but it's of little use if fighters keep leaving him, as I believe they have been doing, because they can't get along with him, or him with them. "People skills " are important.
Who left? Frampton fell out with Barry over money and subsequently his relationship with Shane became untenable. Groves retired. Shane chose to no longer train Haye because he was so shot. Who am I missing?
I don't know who you are missing. You mean there's more? Crikey. Very unlucky, Shane innhe? At least he can console himself with his one remaining star, the always- charming JT....they're well-matched. One as surly as the other. The one who has my sympathy is Barry. Can't be easy dealing with those charmers eh?
I can't deal with people on this forum, seriously. I named just three fighters. One retired so that leaves just two. One of those had a huge public financial bust up with his father. Clearly nothing to do with Shane. That leaves just David Haye who Shane no longer wanted to train because he was completely shot which was there for all to see in the Bellew rematch. So basically nobody left Shane for boxing reasons. Seriously, you point out the obvious to people on this forum and they can't handle it. Strange agenda driven people.
Hasn't Chantelle Cameron's dad been on here complaining about the Cyclone outfits treatment of Chantelle? So it's more than just 3 in fairness. And as I said his remaining star in his stable Josh Taylor could badly do with some charm too. Shane might be a passable enough trainer, it's had to say for sure, but he could do with being a bit more pleasant. That's all I'm saying.
He's a tadger. with the mentality of a hormonal teenager judging by his posts. He has nothing positive or useful to say so best not to converse with him directly hatton.
