Look, I think he understands this, but maybe he can't afford a doctor? I've used the internet before for precisely that reason. Should I ignore the problem, knowing I cannot afford to see the doctor, or should I try to at least get amateur opinions and see if others have similar symptoms and what they were diagnosed with? Thread starter, I've had pain in my stomach running as well. Not sure if it's the same issue as you have, but if it's the lower abs, you might try strengthening them with isometric exercises or flutter kicks or something. Good luck.
I've had the same problem. Stretching the abdomen helps for me. When it happens, best thing to do is to stop running. It usually goes away or lesses the pain. Stretch. If it continues, I stop running and leave it for another day. But, if u continue to feel discomfort as u continue your daily running routine, seeing a doctor might help.
Simply not possible to say. Could be a myriad of problems. Without an examination no one here is going to be able to tell you nada. Like Virus said the best thing you can do is consult a physician. Asking for advice on here is pointless.
abdominal muscles are more than likely in nots and you need to go see a neuromuscular therapist, a few seessions and a therapist will get rid of them, fels like a constant cramp but dont be fooled it aint
