it was a big success actually. my abs are MUCH MUCH stronger now. back wenn i posted this last time. everytime i got hit i felt like i shitte myself. now they are much much stronger but they still hurt alot wen i get hit. but its only my right side now. the rest of my abs are mad strong and ****.
Kettlebells, utilising the trunk rotation and core strengthening exercises that come with them. Then medicine ball routines, also can be helpful getting someone to hit you with a piece of bamboo or something like it, ala Muay Thai.
