Is it wise to do my strength training a few hours before i go to the gym
I have a schedule so this doesnt usually happen but will it effect my performance at the gym later on?

jersey stand uppp. if you're tight on time take away one day from boxing maybe a Friday for it, and another day earlier in the week maybe do both but a lot less intensity so you can give energy to both

Of course strength training will effect your boxing performance if you do it a few hours before.

Yeah it will affect your performance, but the gym isn't for performing. I'd avoid doing both on the same day if possible.

I'd separate the days if I were you, do the strength training on non-consecutive days when you don't go to the gym.
