Stronger opposition in the recent 5 fights: PBF or PAC?

No, Pac is the smaller man asking the bigger man to come down to his weight. Floyd is fighting the smaller guys who have called him out. Why should he go down in weight??? If you call out a guy bigger than you, why should he come down to your weight??

Floyd clearly. Diaz was a bum, Dlh was a shadow of himself, and Pac has not fought Cotto, and we don't know if making 145 will affect Cotto or not. Both fighters fans will side with each other, but I'm going with Floyd based on how his opposition fought him back as to how Pac's opposition in his last 5 fights fought him back. JMM is the only guy who even fought Pac back out of the last 4 fights.

 

Pac fought MAB and EM at the end of their careers.

Hatton HAD to MOVE up 1 DIVISION higher. PBF NO ADJUSTMENT MADE

JMM HAD to MOVE up 2 DIVISIONS hiher . PBF NO ADJUSTMENT MADE. PBF was 2000 grams HIGHER than the earlier weight indicated. Again PBF did not EVER try to lose the 2000 grams

Floyd didn't ask anyone to move up. Both Hatton and JMM challenged Floyd, and had to move up. Guys can move up and fight, yet when they have to move up to fight Floyd, Floyd gets the brunt of the criticismnut-(.

 

Mayweather has faced better compition in his last five fights. The versions of De La Hoya and Hatton he faced and beat were better than the versions Pacquaio beat. The Marquez Pacquaio beat was better than the one Mayweather beat. Cotto is better than Baldomir and posibily Judah. Both Judah and Baldmoir are both better than Diaz.

Pac. Now it's easy to look back and say Hatton is overrated, but before those fights, odds usually were against him. Plus, if Pac didn't do what he did in his last few fights he wouldn't have made this much of a stir and attention.

in all the pbf fights. he was the clear favorite except the dlh fight where it was more or less even.

in the pac fights, he was installed slight favorite over diaz only.

hatton-pac polls here if i remember it right was around 50-50
