Graham is the obvious call for us over here in the UK.

Angel Manfredy? Four time challenger twice at 130, twice at 135. Lost to some of the best out there (Floyd, Corrales, Stevie Johnston). Beat Calvin Grove, Wilson Rodriguez, Gatti, Ivan Robinson, Paez and several other decent fighters. WBU belt doesn't count for me.

Both Oscar and Tito knocked Carr out, the thing was though that Carr himself did score a knockdown VS Tito and I personally had Carr lightyears ahead on my cards when Oscar stopped him in the eleventh. Carr also fought Ike Quartey and lost by majority decision.

Dale Brown put a dreadful beating O'Neil Bell in last world title bout, but was robbed. He also performed very well in his knockout losses against Jirov, Braithewaite, and Mormeck.

    Manfredy is great pick.

Matthew Macklin is a recent example (though he should have won his title vs Sturm)

Pound for Pound, the greatest of the uncrowned champions for me would be Charlie Burley.
