alot of action, alot of punches, alot of fun and alot of drama.. And with the right winner!!! Geale actually beat a german champ in germany!! unbelievable... Geale threw alot of punches, not really with much power and with medicore accuracy, but he still managed to outwork Sylvester and keep the initiative for the most of the fight.. The judges scored the fight: 110-118 118-110 116-112.. Both of the judges who scored the fight 110-118 should have their license taken away!! No way that, that score is possible... The fight was somewhat close but Geale had a clear edge.. But im happy that Geale won, the Danish commentator who commentated the fight said that Geale's promotor (Gary Shaw, that is his name right?) will get him some fights in the states if he captured the IBF title.. Geale is fun to watch, and i am looking forward to see him fight in the states
Not a great fight, more of a high level 12rd sparring session. Very little of note landed through 12 rounds. Lots of high guard, shots at guard. ESB is being a PITA, so I'm out. Can't believe Pac/Mosley is shutting it down this early!
Sylvester fought a poor game plan imo. Great defensive blocking but not enough attack to win a fight at all. Geale vs mundine rematch anyone?
Mundine is on the slide, Geale wld do him over fairly easily this time. Mundine v Geale 1 was a great fight and Mundines last great performance since his dramatic slide.
